I. Tuition
THE FIRST TUITION PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY AUGUST 1, 2008. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR TUITION PAYMENT BY AUGUST 1ST TO GUARANTEE YOUR CHILD’S ENROLLMENT.
Tuition for the 2008 – 2009 school year:

II. Orientation Schedule
We will be hosting an informational meeting for parents only. At this meeting parents will receive classroom information including the paperwork necessary for the first day of school. Parents will also have an opportunity to talk with their child’s teacher.

Remember your child's immunization record and health form must be on file in our office for your child to be eligible to attend the first day of school.

Forms may be mailed (13801 Fairview Drive, Burnsville, MN 55337) or faxed (952-898-9379) to the C.D.L.C. office at any time, or may be turned in at the parent informational meeting or at the open house.
Forms are available if you want to add your name to the list of those wanting to form a carpool. They must be turned into our office by Aug. 1.
If you have misplaced your carpool, immunization or health form, you may download a new form from our website www.cdlcpreschool.org.

We have several children at CDLC who have severe nut allergies. We have eliminated all nuts from
our program. When purchasing snacks or birthday treats for a school event that involves a child who
has a peanut allergy, please read all ingredients carefully. Avoid snacks that contain peanuts, peanut
